Managing supplier relationships
What is the effect of eSourcing on SRM? Does it enhance it, reduce it or maintain it?? What is the best way to do the first and last? In an 'e' oriented world do enough procurement processes involve e-tendering?

I think the advantages of the SRM on an e-procurement platform is that all aspects of the relationship are recorded and available for all users to see and use. It also makes the management of KPI's or balanced scorecards simple.
