Question Single source award of procurement

Dear Members

Please provide your suggestions on the single source award of procurement. How better way it can be managed when a situation arise to award on single source?

regards

Nagarajan

Hi Nagarajan,
Not sure I understand the question. Most awards are to a single source supplier so I'm not sure I understand. Are you asking about alternate models where you award a contract to one company, but keep another on a "retainer" as a back-up?
Sounds interesting.
