Good day,
Negotiation strategy is the strategic ability and/or capability to influence an organisation's supply and procurement objectives to get fair prices from its suppliers. This can happen when the cost structures of the suppliers is immediately known by the organisation. It is a transparent process in which there must be a level of confidentiality owing to the nature of the information exchanged by both parties. This may involve senior managers of the organisation and needs to be managed well to mitigate risks expected from such information sharing.
