Off Contract Spend
I am keen to see how others report or esculate cases of off-contract spend.
It is a common issue but from what I have seen not that many common solutions.

I tend to use contract/project close out document as a basis for all of contract spend.
In the course of the contract execution, I ensure there is a benchmark on contract spend directly related to contract/project focus.
Evidence of cost savings/benchmarking on contract spend with requisite pre-spend approvals attached as Project variation and submitted for final approval/close out PO after the project close out meeting.
